Policies

FREIGHT CLAIMS: All freight claims for loss or damage must be made the next business day after receipt of shipment to customer service at AB Airbags. After such time all claims must be made directly to the freight carrier.


GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the state of California. Parties agree to the jurisdiction of the State of California.

Returns

All products will perform in substantial accordance with the applicable specifications for a warranty period of 120 days from date of invoice. Given proper written notice of any product’s failure to perform within the warranty period, AB Airbags shall at its election replace such defective product or issue a credit back to the customer for the amount paid. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Returns due to overstocking or customer ordering error will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus any freight charges incurred by AB Airbags. Non-stock items or specialty items may not be eligible for return. No returns will be accepted after 60 days from receipt of products.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice and will be billed at the prevailing price at the time of shipment. Purchaser will be responsible for, and will pay or reimburse AB Airbags for, any sales, use, excise or other taxes, however designated or levied (excluding any taxes paid by AB Airbags on AB’s income), based upon this agreement. Tax exemption status is granted only to those who have provided the proper tax-exempt certificates to AB Airbags.
